Monica is the President and Chief Executive Officer. She is responsible for overall company vision, strategy, operations, quality systems and Information Technology. She is acting CFO, responsible for financial reporting, tax compliance, inventory control and cash management practices. She sets the direction for Sales and Marketing efforts as well as product costs and delivery targets. Monica is responsible for the company’s manufacturing policy by setting Value Stream forecasts and authorizing capacity planning, capital expenditures and resource development for all operations. She sets the safety, environmental, health and wellness expectations.

Tyler is the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer leading all activities within the Gage Department. In his COO role, he is tasked with both setting the overarching goals and strategies as well as promoting company culture and vision. Tyler is responsible for providing direction and support for both Made-to-Stock and Made-to-Order manufacturing value streams. Tyler ensures that value stream operations are meeting production, lean transformation and continuous improvement disciplines are maintained and expanding. He also has a significant role in leading, the design, marketing, and corporate branding to increase revenue and promote brand loyalty. Additionally, he oversees warehouse activities.

Michael is our Technical Resource Director. He provides technical assistance to both VPT and Gage customers. Mike provides application support as well as engineering, pricing, or delivery information to supplement sales activities. He is an information resource for all levels of metrology, Industrial Supply, Aerospace, Medical, Powdered Metal, Fastener, and other various industries we serve. His goal is to solve problems, offer solutions, and advise both our customers and our team with the most complete and accurate information. Additional areas of expertise include project management, marketing, website development and training. Mike provides customer and colleague training that covers ASME, ANSI, ISO, BS, FED, Mil & other applicable standards.

Nicole is the Human Resource Director. Nicole collaborates with Senior Leadership to understand the organization’s goals and needs related to staffing, recruiting and retention. She oversees the administration of human resource programs including compensation, benefits, leave policies, disputes, and investigations. She monitors and ensures the organizations compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. She continuously reviews recommended best practices; reviews and modifies our policies and procedures to maintain compliance. Nicole ensures payroll and payroll-related tax services, are maintained accurately and securely. She facilitates professional development, training, and education activities for her HR team.

Brent is our Medical Value Stream Production Manager. He assists in the planning, implementing and execution of the production strategies and goal setting for the medical products. He supervises the Team Leaders and Line leads in their respective duties. Brent performs a variety of tasks as they relate to managing the personnel, equipment utilization, and production planning. He will identify quality improvements, cost reduction opportunities and advancement of lean practices in both new and existing manufacturing techniques, processes, equipment, and materials. Brent manages the New Process Development team as well, collaborating with customers from initial concept generation to product launch.

Dawn is our Accounting Director. She is responsible for the day-to-day management of all accounting functions for both the headquarters as well as subsidiaries. She directs all facets of financial operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed asset tracking, cash management and financial reporting. Dawn is responsible for overseeing ERP workflows for financial transactions working with all value streams and support areas within the company. She oversees continuous improvement efforts and personnel training.

Rob is responsible for overseeing the inside sales and customer service activities for our gage division. His position covers ensuring efficient and timely quoting, order processing, customer inquiries on current and shipped product, delivery status, expedites, shipping status, and complaints. He is responsible for setting department KPIs, continuous improvement of sales processes and personnel training. His goal is to provide the highest level of Customer Service with trained, talented, and responsive team members.

Rick is the Director of Information Technology. He is responsible for oversight of the company’s enterprise-wide network and infrastructure as well as application development. He essentially oversees all administrative technology solutions and resources aligned to our company’s organizational goals. Rick researches and recommends emerging technology solutions as well as mitigating current and emerging security risks. Rick is responsible for leading and scaling our IT capacity to support our continued growth. He facilitates professional development, training, and education activities for his IT team.

Darryl is Vermont Gage’s National Sales Manager. He is responsible for promoting and supporting the company’s gage product through company catalogs, trade shows, the company’s website, and covers both regional and national advertising activities. His extensive gage knowledge makes him a valuable resource for our company and customers alike. Additionally, Darryl is responsible for the coordination of all activities handled by our Gage Manufacturer Representatives throughout the country. Darryl utilizes his strong communication skills, the ability to plan strategically and analytically, and effective relationship-building skills to interact with prospects, customers, and our team members on a regular basis.
